Serious about your goals? Commit to a longer program so you can really see the benefits that regular training can have on your riding and your lifestyle.

These programs focus on building full body strength, improving balance and coordination, and addressing common physical and mental challenges that riders face both in and out of the saddle. 

The program is split into 4 3-week phases to challenge you in new ways as you get more fit.

There are 2 options available based on your experience:

Beginner option: perfect for those who are new to strength training or haven’t been consistently training in the last 6 months and are ready to build and progress their foundational fitness.

Intermediate option: perfect for those who have been strength training somewhat regularly in the last 6 months and are ready to commit to a more structured program tailored for equestrian athletes.

What's included:

  • 12 weeks of scheduled workouts

    • 3 days a week are strength-focused (30-45 mins)

    • 4 days a week are cardio, core or mobility-focused (15-20 mins)

  • 3 different phases - workouts change every 4 weeks

  • Beginner and Intermediate options available - dumbbells or bands required

  • Healthy meal inspiration to keep you fueled

  • Weekly accountability check-ins from me to keep you motivated

  • Access to the EQF group for community support

  • Direct access to me for any questions you may have

  • All provided through the FREE Equestrian Fitness app
