The 4-week Jumpstart program is for you! It’s the perfect way to get re-engaged and re-energized with a consistent fitness routine that supports your riding goals.

This program focuses on building full body strength, boosting cardio fitness, and improving flexibility so you ride your best. 

You will be amazed at how much you can accomplish within a month! 

What's included:

  • 4 weeks of scheduled workouts

    • 3 days a week are strength-focused (30-45 mins)

    • 4 days a week are cardio, core or mobility-focused (15-20 mins)

  • 2 different phases - workouts change every 2 weeks

  • Dumbbell and Bodyweight-only options available

  • Healthy meal inspiration to keep you fueled

  • Access to the EQF group for community support

  • Direct access to me for any questions you may have

  • All provided through the free Equestrian Fitness app
